Ultra Wales - Loved it!

Ultra Wales has been and gone again for another year. I left with mixed emotions. Happy that I'm able to compete in these types of events again after all my health issues and false starts. Happy that I took over an hour off my time but a little annoyed with myself that I got caught up in other peoples races, I guess as I was just happy to be doing this stuff again, and I think there is at least another couple of hours to lose if not more.

I'm feeling good and recovery was fantastic so we will see what the rest of the year looks like as it ticks through and then plan from there. I did think i would be doing a lot of shorter stuff moving forward simply because of my health but maybe not. Hard work pays off i guess so I'm going to keep going and see what happens.
