Steve Shaw runs 120 miles in 4.17 mile loops

An incredible honour and privilege to watch Steven Shaw destroy himself and fall to pieces at Suffolk Backyard Ultra this weekend just gone as his crew. He truly is an astonishing athlete and the best of humans.

He may not have got the result he craved but I’m sure I speak for many when I say that what he achieved this weekend is enough. More than enough. He made me and many others so incredibly proud to see him attack this cruelest of races head on and go at it in the manner in which he did.
