Michelle wins Gold 100, 200, 400 & 800

Wow! Just wow.

So after picking up 100 and 400 metre Gold medals at The World Transplant Games in Perth, Australia yesterday, today the legend that is Michelle Mitchell picks up a further two Gold medals at 200 and 800 metres. Oh and she broke the world record for 800 metres by 11 seconds!!!

So happy to have coached Michelle again in the lead up to these moments and looked after her strength and conditioning and soft tissue rehab needs.

What an inspirational lady you are Michelle. Very proud of you and your unbelievable wing man in Mitch Mitchell xx
