Fan Dance Clean Fatigue Race this weekend...
This weekend I'm in the Brecon's with Luke, Sam and Keith taking on the Fan Dance, the SAS selection route. Whilst the imortals take on route with a weighted bergen on their back, we will merely be running the half marathon route.
The weather and temperatures look proper Winter Edition Standard and I can't wait to get going. I'm in my 58th year now and people who don't run keep asking me when I'm going to grow up and act my age. The answer is never. I need to keep moving, it has to be what we are meant to do. You wouldn't be gifted a piece of kit like the human body if you weren't meant to be moving every day.
