Core Club Online back with 13 new sets for 2023

Core Club Online was back last night with the first of the new sets for members to start to get to grips with. The blocks in January have a real mobilisation and range of mobility feel and feedback from participants last night, was both positive and constructive.

Can't wait to show them more new patterns tomorrow night.
