Boot Camp Back with a Bang

Boot Camp was back this morning and the group worked hard on an Old School hard surface set up that saw them hit all the body parts hard and all before 9am.

Next Boot Camp is different. We are in the woods at 8am on the 21st. Bookings will open up later today.
