Your time is now

Started seeing lots of race numbers appear in my feed yesterday for Great East Run. Lots of people writing things like, "what have I done" and "too far, I'm not a runner". This is your time. Your time in the sun. Your time to claim what you have truly earned. The doubt is there of course. Lurking in the shadows, waiting for its opportunity to take hold of you. But you've worked way too hard, you've given too much and you deserve this. I know you've earned it. I've watched you battle through the weeks to get to here. So have all your loved ones. You are not going to give in. You are not going to be mediocre. You are going to be magnificent. So no more doubt. You've got this. Aggression in your own mind is good about what is to come. Dig deep. You can do this, you will do this. Time to go and claim your prize. Tell doubt to fuck off. Doubt has no place here. Here is where winners live. You are a winner. #LookAfterYourBody
