1:1 Experiment of RUN Pack
This 13 session package is all about your run development and brings a number of elements together to offer a support package that meets and exceeds your needs on a one to one basis covering all the bases.
Contents include
13 one hour sessions at The Lab with the option to work on some or all of the following.
1. your run tech form and your running ability.
2. a nutrition framework and weight loss programme.
3. soft tissue therapy.
4. injury assessment and rehab.
5. run/sport planning.
6. strength/endurance development for better motor skills in movement.
After your initial run form assessment and 13 session framework definition we will work on building a better runner across all the layers that go into making you the best you can be.
The run form development looks at and works on things such as, (but not exclusively) common mistakes in movement patterns, functional movement analysis, effective running, breathing and cadence, arm and leg drive, feet and posture, speed development, mindset development and the secrets to effective running.
During (at least) the second half of the programme we will run together in every session, working on as many elements as we need to in order to deliver you back into your environments in a much better place.
Nutrition is key to life. Building a food map that allows you to flourish and benefit from the training and run development alongside being productive in your day-to-day is only going to be worthwhile.
Understanding how food works when it enters the body isn't something that humans generally have much knowlege about.
Soft tissue therapy and injury assessment and rehab go hand in hand to both keep a body happy and know what to do when injury raises its head.
Sessions that are of relevance here will take place at both The Lab and Online.
Run and sport planning is key in keeping us motivated and on track. Plans lifted from internet sites aren't written for you and therefore don't reflect you as an athlete, they don't relflect you as a person and therefore don't take account of your pressures and commitments and more often than not, they completely ignore your need for specific strength and conditioning, tailored nutrition and sleep.
We will work together should you have races or events planned that you would like to train for while we are together on this programme.
A 13 week Core Club Online Pass - three online sessions a week for 13 weeks either live or on catch up to target mobility, range of motion, strength, balance, posture and general day-to-day aches and pains.
The total value of the package is £780 but the reality is that in todays world that cost will make this package very much a nice to have rather than a must have. The reduced price simply reflects the economy. Please note that spaces are limited and there are a set number of these slots available throughout the year due to my very busy workload and scheduling for existing clients. Generally the pack will take 4 to 6 months to complete.
Clients that have undertaken this programme have all graduated happier in their running, with a better understanding of their bodies and importantly, the tools to manage both themselves and their running in a more structured, well rounded manner.
